Storm water run off makes routine maintenance of
storm drains necessary. It can help keep a minor
issue from turning into a large problem. As you can
see from these pictures many things can clog the
drains. During heavy rain or snow melt you need the
drains free and clear of debris so they don't back
up onto the roadways. Many of the issues shown here
could have been prevented by regular maintenance.
